Hello gem friends,

A quick update from our side with a few improvements to the website:

As mentioned previously, we are now adding videos to our gem listings, giving a more accurate sense of colour, shape, and overall crystal quality.

We’ve also updated the shop sorting structure following helpful customer feedback — thank you. All in-stock material now appears first, ordered from newest to oldest, with some sold pieces kept at the bottom for reference, which many of you find useful when assessing comparable material. We’ll also be refining the store filters further in due course.

You’ll now also see a USD $/carat price displayed on all product cards, just below the main price — making comparison quicker and easier when browsing.

We’re also happy to announce that all orders are now insured by default. Previously optional, we feel this offers better peace of mind, with only a minimal cost. In addition, we now offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $1,000.
