Surface characteristics generally show heavily etched natural rind featuring prominent geometric pits, Due to this surface etching, accurate internal grading is not always possible; however, some stones feature natural windows that allow for visual inspection of the interior. These stones are eye-clean and above, typical inclusions may include minute veils, sparse rutile needles and tiny mineral crystals.
