Payments can be made by debit/credit card using Shopify Payments or by Bank Deposit.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE:

We dispatch all orders using a selection of trusted carriers, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce Worldwide, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on destination, value, and the level of service required.

All shipments are fully insured as standard, providing complete peace of mind. While we are proud to maintain an excellent track record with no lost parcels to date, we believe comprehensive insurance should be included with every order.

Shipping typically ranges between $20–$50, depending on location and order value. We are pleased to offer complimentary fully insured shipping on all orders over $1,000.

Each parcel is carefully and discreetly packaged to ensure your gemstones arrive safely and in perfect condition. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.

Terms - we offer a strict three-day approval period on all our stones from the date the parcel reaches you. Please inform us within this period whether you would like to return any stone/s for a refund/credit.
Loss, non-arrival or damage to goods being returned is the sole responsibility of the sender.
