Payments & Shipping

PAYMENTS:
Payments can be made by debit/credit card using Shopify Payments or by Bank Deposit.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE:

We dispatch orders using a range of trusted carriers, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce Worldwide, DHL, FedEx, and UPS, depending on destination, value, and service level required.

Please note that orders are not insured by default. While we have an excellent track record and have never lost a parcel, insurance can be added upon request.

Optional shipment insurance is charged at 1% of the declared value of the goods, excluding courier fees.

Terms - we offer a strict three-day approval period on all our stones from the date the parcel reaches you. Please inform us within this period whether you would like to return any stone/s for a refund/credit. Loss, non-arrival or damage to goods being returned is the sole responsibility of the sender.
